To add the gateway to the lock, please follow these steps:

1. Ensure your smartphone's Wi-Fi is turned on and connected to a 2.4GHz network.
2. Turn on Bluetooth on your phone, log in to your TTLock account, and enter the TTLock app. Click on the upper left corner, then click on "Gateway," and finally click on the "+" icon. Select the Gateway Type as "G2 Wi-Fi."
3. The app will display a tip: Reconnect the power for the Gateway. Once you see the indicator light on the gateway flashing red and blue, click "Next." The app will automatically search for the gateway. Click the "+" icon, select the Wi-Fi name, input the Wi-Fi password (the same as your smartphone's), and enter a gateway name. Click "OK."
4. If it doesn't work, plug in both the gateway and the lock, and wait 10 minutes to check if they are connected.

To work with Alexa:

1. Ensure your gateway is added to the TTLock.
2. Open the Alexa app, click on the upper left corner, then select "Skills & Games." Search for "TTLock," click "ENABLE TO USE," and log in to your TTLock account to authorize.
3. Click on "Locks," choose the lock, and then click on the upper right corner to access the "Settings." Make sure "Unlock via app" and "Unlock via voice code" are turned on.
