✅ The G2 gateway is highly compatible, as it can be used with smart locks that are controlled by the TTLock App and are also suitable for all smart locks of hornbill.

✅ The G2 gateway can be connected with the TTLock App, allowing for remote control that is no longer limited by the Bluetooth unlocking distance. It supports sharing, modifying, and deleting passcodes at any time and from anywhere. Additionally, it can provide real-time monitoring of door status, battery life, and records of the door.

✅ The G2 gateway only works with 2.4GHz networks, and the recommended distance between the gateway and the smart lock is no more than 16 ft (5 meters), as greater distances can affect the connectivity of the gateway. When adding the gateway, your smartphone and the gateway must be connected to the same Wi-Fi network.

✅ Setting up the G2 gateway is easy. Open the TTLock App, click the upper left corner, choose "Gateway," click "+," select G2 (Wi-Fi), plug in the gateway, click next when the light flashes alternately (red and blue), choose the Wi-Fi network, and enter the Wi-Fi password.

✅ The G2 gateway works with Alexa and Google Assistant (not included) to achieve voice control with the smart locks. The gateway can pair with multiple smart locks. Please note that when pairing the gateway with Alexa, you should enter "+1" before your TTlock account.
